Should you take a daily vitamin? Possibly but the vitamins or supplements that you select should reflect your overall health plan. For instance, I take a B-complex with Vitamin C for energy, metabolism, and viral protection because I work in a high energy environment with a high exposure to germs. I will soon add an omega-3 with flaxseed because I have a family history of heart disease and I am unable to tolerate aspirin for heart therapy. You will need to speak with your doctor before adding or subtracting vitamins and/or supplements from your health plan. Have A Healthy Day!
